Welcome to BASSC!
The Belleville Area Special Services Cooperative serves 23 school districts in St. Clair County, Illinois. BASSC's responsibilities include:
- Providing educational programming for low incidence
disability categories such as autism, vision impairments,
hearing impairments, behavioral/emotional disorders and
severe/profound mental impairments.
- Providing requested related services to our districts.
Services could include physical therapy, occupational
therapy, speech therapy, social work, audiology, music therapy, transportation or orientation and mobility training.
- Coordinating and submitting reimbursment information, fiscal reports, child count data, federal projects and
other business functions.
